Are you passionate about older peoples mental health?

Have you got experience in working with functional mental health issues and dementia?

The South Norfolk Older Peoples Mental Health team have a vacancy for a band 5 nurse to join their existing and well established community team. The role will be to support the case work of the care coordinators and to assist with memory medication titrations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who can work autonomously. Community experience desirable but not essential. Experience and a desire to work with older people is essential.
