At NSFT South West Adult Community Services, based at Gateway House, Wymondham, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse/Social Worker/Occupational Therapist to work on a 1 year fixed term contract. 

We want to improve services so we can be the safest Trust with gold standard practices. We are an open and transparent Trust and want to learn from past mistakes to provide the best service possible.
