An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinician who is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with an understanding and knowledge of delivering IAPT based interventions in primary care and/or physical health settings, to join our team in this exciting time of new service developments.

The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to other members of the clinical team as well as being intrinsically involved in the design and delivery of our expanding Long Term Conditions (LTC) pathways in collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants must hold full accreditation with the BABCP and will have experience of offering supervision and leadership to others.

As part of the role you will be involved in assisting the clinical leadership team in supporting and developing the stepped care model and how this is embedded in physical health pathways. You will also work closely with your colleagues across the service to ensure that it achieves the required key performance indicators and continues to deliver the best possible care to the people of East and West Suffolk.

The Wellbeing Service is an enhanced IAPT service, providing primary care assessment, advice and psychological interventions to people in Suffolk, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. The service is delivered via a partnership between Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and third sector partners. We deliver a bio-psycho-social model which includes psychological, employment and social interventions across the county. Our treatments are delivered face to face, by telephone, and online via webinars, skype and computerised CBT (cCBT).
