This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership of a large and dynamic Wellbeing Service. We are looking for an additional highly motivated and dynamic Deputy Service Manager to support the Service Manager, Deputy Clinical Lead and Lead Therapists in achieving our key performance indicators and growing our successful service.
We are looking for an individual who has skills in both clinical and operational management and who understands the complexity this duality role can potentially create. The post holder will use a wide range of skills and experience gained in previous leadership role/s. They will need to demonstrate a history of achieving demanding Key Performance Outcomes within a multifunction delivery team as the service is heavily performance managed around a number of agreed outcomes.
This is a developing service delivery model, and therefore experience in managing and implementing change is essential, as it is highly likely that the service will need to be able to respond quickly to internal developments and external pressures. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of problem solving and flexibility in their approach to the role. Previous line management and service development experience is essential.
The partnership nature of our service will mean that experience of working within an integrated management structure will be beneficial. It is very important that the service develops its own brand equity realising the benefits of combining all the qualities and cultures of NSFT and the partner organisations.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
