The ICT Team are looking for an enthusiastic technician to join our team based at either our Norwich or Ipswich offices.

We have a fixed term position for 12 months available within the Infrastructure team.

As well as providing infrastructure support for a broad range of technologies, you will have the opportunity to develop specialist skills in specific areas of technology alongside providing business-as-usual support to our users.

The role involves working to resolve support incidents, performing proactive maintenance tasks and implementing new technologies as part of a team that is central to delivering technological change across the Trust.

We are seeking candidates with qualifications and proven experience in a number of the following technology areas and products:

VMWare and Hyper-V

Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Cisco Wireless Controllers, TCP/IP

Cisco CallManager and UCCX

Microsoft SCCM, Exchange, SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory

Enterprise Anti-Virus and Backup products

SAN and Storage Technologies

Azure and O365
