Secure Services are delighted to be able to offer the oppotunity for a substantive Charge Nurse position. The post will be based on the  male rehabilitation ward and invites applicants who have a passion, interest and the motivation to work within our specialist service.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who has already had experience of working as a charge nurse, or who has these potential skills who would like to develop into the role.

NSFT provides child and adult mental health services, alcohol treatment, learning disability support, wellbeing and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced clinicians with a strong background in mental health and excellent leadership skills, to work within a service rated 'Good' by the CQC.

If you are passionate about providing high quality care and have the vision and drive to offer dynamic leadership working with a hardworking team who want to make a difference then we would love to hear from you. You would be offering clinical management to both qualified staff, Assistant Practitoners and clinical support workers,  to develop the service to providing holistic care and support to service users and carers.
