Whitlingham Ward is a purpose built 16 bedded ward based in Justin Gardner House at Hellesdon Hospital which provides medium and low secure beds for women who require care & treatment and who present with complex needs.

We would like to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work as a member of the Reception Team for Justin Gardner House which also houses NSFT's PICU, to deliver an efficient and high quality front of house and reception service. Responsible for controlling access to the unit for patients, staff and visitors and undertaking associated security procedures.

There will also be a requirement to carry out administrative tasks as required.

The receptionist will work on a permanent 37.5 hours per week flexible contract covering reception between 06:45 and 21:15 Monday to Friday. As a result, this post attracts unsocial hours enhancements to pay.
