We are looking to recruit a Programme Manager working within a small team to deliver transformational change across the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust. The Programme Manager should have a proactive attitude in understanding the details of the service users’ needs and perspective whilst delivering change.

We are an enthusiastic team who really care about the impact we can have on the people who use our services. Your operating base can be either Norfolk or Suffolk, but the ability to travel between and within the two counties is essential.

You will need to have experience in the principles of project and programme management, have excellent organisational skills, and the ability to identify and influence key professional stakeholder groups. The Programme Manager will need to facilitate the transition and implementation process, taking into account the behavioural aspects of change.

If you are eager to make a difference, joining our small friendly and close-knit team will give you exposure to a range of interesting and challenging change portfolios. In particular, you will need to be able to manage priorities, problem-solve and have the courage to challenge the status quo.
