Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a permanent 0.4 Wte Practice Education Facilitator to join colleagues currently supporting Adult Acute and Community Service Lines across Norfolk
Working in partnership with service line Matrons and Clinical Team Managers you will promote, support and facilitate clinical staff's ongoing clinical learning environment needs: Mentorship (Practice supervisors/assessors), Allied Health Profession Practice Educators, Preceptees, Preceptors, Revalidation, Triennial Review Support and delivery of role specific education packages.
You will have experience of working within Health and/or Social care with a strong knowledge and experience of clinical services.
You should be highly organised, with the ability to work independently across a number of countywide clinical teams/services.

Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
