We are excited to have a brand new Band 6 Mental Health Physiotherapist role within our service. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and innovative Physiotherapist to develop this new role and service within the Central Norfolk Acute Wards. In this role you will be working across the 5 acute wards on the Hellesdon site. You will work with minimal supervision, be passionate, kind and proactive.

You will be part of the diverse Wellbeing and Therapies Team made up of Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioners (including some with fitness qualifications), Family Liaison Team and Wellbeing Nurses.

You will be supported to further your knowledge around Mental Health as well as Leadership skills through access to training and education. You will be supported to link in with other Physiotherapists within the Trust and will be able to access CPD and in-service training within other Physiotherapy departments.

Any applicant should be prepared to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, service users, carers, relatives and external agencies in order to provide a holistic, cohesive, therapeutic environment and plan of care for any/all service users.
