We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Practitioner with a keen interest in working within our North Adult Community Mental Health Team.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team providing care, treatment and assessment to patients.

This is a unique opportunity for you to work alongside a team of Registered Nurses/Professionals within the multidisciplinary team. In this role there is scope to develop your knowledge, skills and ability in all areas of clinical care including care/discharge planning, risk assessment, environmental health & safety, Mental Health Act work, physical health care.

Comprehensive training and supervision is offered.

If you have experience of working within community mental health services, have excellent communication skills, self-motivated and committed to delivering a high standard of care; then this could be the opportunity for you!
