Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a Serious Incident and Governance Practitioner to join the Central Norfolk Adult service lines.

This is a new 12 month fixed term post, and you will work as part of the senior management team under the direction of the Locality Manager taking a lead in investigating allocated serious incidents on behalf of the Trust.

Working in partnership with service line Matrons ensuring that recommendations from clinical audit, root cause analysis (RCAs) and national guidance are incorporated into Practice.

You will have experience of working within Health and/or Social care with a strong knowledge and experience of clinical services, working with service users and carers and electronic patient records.

You should be highly organised, with the ability to work independently across a number clinical teams/services.
