Reed ward is a 13 bedded acute admission ward for females who present with an organic illness. We are based in Hammerton Court, a purpose built state of the art dementia unit in the heart of beautiful Norwich, serving the residents of Norfolk.
Hammerton Court is fast becoming known within the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust as a fast paced, free thinking unit where staff are supported to think creatively and empowered to lead on Quality Improvement projects. We have been part of a recent UEA research project for our implementation of dementia care mapping to support person centered care and the introduction of life story work.
We are now looking for a resilient, energetic individual to carry on the great work that our ward teams have started. We want you to be free to think creatively, lead by example, empower those staff you share a ward with and to think about what World Class looks like and how we can get there.
The leadership team is made up of a Lead Nurse, People Participation Lead, Service Director and a Clinical Director, all of whom want to support and invest in our workforce. There really hasn't been a better time to join the team.
As part of our ambition to have a leadership team that are visible and working alongside staff, you will be required to lead clinically to support the team

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
