The Admin Team for the Central CAMHS Service is currently seeking to recruit a Team Administrator for a fixed-term period of 6 months, based at Mary Chapman House, Hotblack Road in Norwich but will be expected to travel to other Trust sites as necessary to meet job requirements when required.
You must be a proficient communicator and have the ability to work independently and also, as part of a wider Team and be able to prioritise competing demands.
You will primarily be required to assist the Data Team with duties that will include, but not limited to, the accurate and timely input of data entry; the processing of referrals, appointment letters, audio/copy typing, maintaining electronic health records as well as general administrative duties to support the service. You will also be required to organise, prepare agendas and minute take a number of identified meetings that could be held on other Trust sites.
IT skills, including use of Microsoft Packages are essential, as is previous experience in minute taking. The post holder must have a clear understanding of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.
This post is fixed-term for a period of 6 months, 3 days per week (22.5 hrs). Days worked may be negotiable but limited to meeting schedules and service need.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
