The Admin Team for the Youth Service based at 80 St. Stephens is currently seeking to recruit a part-time Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our existing workforce.
You must be a proficient communicator and have the ability to work independently and also, when necessary, as part of a wider Team and be able to prioritise competing demands.
General administrative duties will be undertaken to support the service, which will include, but not be limited to, audio/copy typing, accurate and timely input into Trust IT systems, maintaining electronic health records, minuting of meetings and diary management.
This role will be based at 80 St. Stephens, but you may be required to work across other Trust sites on occasions.
IT skills, including use of Microsoft Packages are essential. The post holder must have a clear understanding of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.
We are pleased to offer this post as a substantive post, working 30 hours over 5 days a week. This is based at 80 St. Stephens, but unfortunately there is no parking available.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
