Are you passionate about training and developing therapeutic skills across Health, Social Care and Education? We have been working hard within the Compass Service to create and deliver exciting and successful therapeutic trainings over the past several years. Our approach is based on building reflective practice and resilience in our workforce as the best way to improve outcomes for our children, families and young people. We currently have an opportunity for you to join the team and bring your skills and experiences in delivering and developing innovative and cross sector therapeutic training. We need you to help coordinate, promote and evaluate our several training programmes in Systemic Family Therapy, Systemic Supervision and Integrative Therapeutic Practice as well as smaller bespoke packages of training and consultation the Compass Training Service provides.

You will have a role in the coordination and delivery of training which will put you in contact with highly knowledgeable and skilled members of NSFT who provide teaching on our courses in a variety of subjects and disciplines. We are looking for somebody who as part of the team can take a lead on prioritising tasks and keeping to project time scales. You will need a good knowledge of Microsoft packages. You will need to build working relationships with people from numerous NSFT teams and colleagues in other agencies and be able to work several months in advance.

Do you have the passion, commitment and skills to develop and promote our training? If you do, please get in touch and apply. This is a unique opportunity to be part of developing and leading this new provision in Norfolk and Waveney.

Interviews will be taking place the 11th of June subject to change.
