The Business Support Team for the Compass Service are currently seeking to recruit a full time Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our existing workforce, predominantly supporting, but not exclusively to, Compass Outreach Service, Compass Schools, PIMHAP and LAAC Teams, along with other exciting prospective projects within the service.
You must be a proficient communicator and have the ability to work independently and also, when necessary, as part of a wider Team and be able to prioritise competing demands.
General administrative duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Business Support Team and will include, but not be limited to, audio/copy typing, accurate and timely input into Trust IT systems, maintaining electronic health records, minuting of meetings, diary management, compiling data reports, stock ordering and liaising with other Teams/Agencies as necessary.
This role will be based in Norwich, but you may be required to work across other Trust sites.
Demonstrable IT skills, including use of Microsoft Packages are essential. The post holder must have a clear understanding of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.
We are pleased to offer this post as six month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours over 5 days a week.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
