We are looking to recruit a well-motivated and conscientious Risk Assurance Assistant to join our friendly Risk Management Team. This post will require good IT skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

The vision of our department is to support service users, staff and the organisation to promote a safety culture, in part through the incident reporting process, by helping the Trust to identify trends and contributing factors in order that lessons can be learnt. The data is used widely across the Trust from team to board level as well as externally at an NHS wide level.

Your main duties will include processing and updating incident reports in the Trust incident reporting system Datix, extracting data for reports and communicating/corresponding with staff by telephone and email.

The role will be based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich. Working 18.75 hours per week.  Days/Hours to be agreed.
