Our friendly multi-disciplinary team covers a beautiful rural patch with in Norfolk. We are currently conducting quality improvement projects with our aim to continuously improve service delivery, service user experience, and outcomes.
The successful candiate's main role and responsibility with in the team will be to conduct assessments for those patients who have been referred to our service. The successful candidate will therefore hold strong assessment and communication skills, have a sound knowledge of mental health, good knowledge of community resources, work well under pressure, remain calm in challenging situations and show good team working skills.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
