If you are a Nurse, Occupational Therapist or a Social worker who's looking for a fresh challenge? We currently have a vacancy for a forward thinking, proactive practitioner to join the North West Adult Community Team on a part time basis.

If your answers are 'yes' to the above, then the North West CMHT, who are based at the Hellesdon Hospital site would love to speak to you. Our friendly multi-disciplinary team covers a beautiful rural patch with in Norfolk. We are currently conducting quality improvement projects with our aim to continuously improve service delivery, service user experience, and outcomes.

The successful candiate's main role and responsibility with in the team will be to conduct assessments for those patients who have been referred to our service. The successful candidate will therefore hold strong assessment and communication skills, have a sound knowledge of mental health, good knowledge of community resources, work well under pressure, remain calm in challenging situations and show good team working skills.
