The Community Adult Mental Health Teams based at The City Anchorage, Julian Hospital are looking to recruit passionate and motivated registered Nurses to work as part of our dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary community teams. We are proud of our proven track record of supporting and developing our colleagues both experienced and newly qualified staff to fulfil their career potential.  

We are looking for staff who are committed to delivering effective medical and therapeutic intervention to our service users.  

The colleagues we are searching for will believe in the Recovery principles, be therapeutically minded in their approach and place the needs of the service user at the heart of the care they deliver. You will need to be able to display skills in flexible communication and want to go the extra mile for our service user's under their treatment pathway.

The City Community Mental Health Teams are very proud to be the early adopter site for the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Mental Health Trusts Personality Disorder Pathway. With this comes training opportunities in a variety of therapeutic interventions such as ADDRESS Training and potential for Dialectic Behavioural Therapy to mention two.

You will work alongside, and be part of, the multidisciplinary teams and acts as a spokesperson and intermediary for the Service User to ensure their voice is heard and that they receive the best quality care.
