The Community Adult Mental Health Teams based at The City Anchorage, Julian Hospital are looking to recruit passionate and good humoured registered Nurses to work as part of our dynamic and supportive multi disciplinary community teams. We are looking for staff who are committed to delivering effective medical and therapeutic intervention to our Service User.
The colleagues we are searching for will believe in the Recovery principles, be therapeutically minded in their approach and place the needs of the Service User at the heart of the care they deliver. You will need to be able to display skills in flexible communication and want to go the extra mile for a Service User's under their treatment pathway.
The City Community Mental Health Teams are very proud to be the early adopter site for the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Mental Health Trusts Personality Disorder Pathway. With this comes training opportunities in a variety of therapeutic interventions such as ADDRESS Training and potential for Dialectic Behavioural Therapy to mention two.
You will work alongside, and be part of, the multidisciplinary teams and acts as a spokesperson and intermediary for the Service User to ensure their voice is heard and that they receive the best quality care.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
