A vacancy has become available creating an opportunity to appoint a Data Technician to support our Child, Family & Young People's Service with their data entry and cleansing work.  This position will be based at our offices located at 80 St.Stephens Road, Norwich. 

Responsibilities will include managing incoming calls from service users, parents and carers, referrers and other professional colleagues, data entry for referrals and KPI's. You will need to display an exceptional understanding of customer service and outstanding communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this position as well as flexibility, enthusiasm and outstanding organisational skills.

You will be confident with IT; including Excel and working with databases in order to record referrals, update spreadsheets and rotas. Experience of Trust or NHS systems would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. A genuine interest or experience in healthcare or mental health would also be an advantage.

  • Please note this is a substantive position of 37.5 hours a week.
  • The position is based at 80 St. Stephens, where there is no on-site parking. 
  • You may be required on occasion to work across other Trust bases located in Noriwch and Hellesdon Hospital.
