We are pleased to be able to offer this role supporting our Under 14's Team by dealing with referrals, appointments, data entry and Reception cover. 

You will be responsible for managing incoming calls from service users, parents and carers, referrers and other professional colleagues. You will display an exceptional understanding of customer service and outstanding communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this position as well as flexibility, enthusiasm and outstanding organisational skills.

You will be confident with IT; including Excel and working with databases in order to record referrals, update spreadsheets and rotas. Experience of Trust or NHS systems would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. A genuine interest or experience in healthcare or mental health would also be an advantage.

  • Please note this is a substantive position of 37.5 hours a week.
  • The position is based at Mary Chapman House, where on-site parking is available
