Do you have the experience, dedication and qualities to fulfill the role of a Senior Management Support Administrator? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Senior Management Support Administrator to join a successful team working alongside the Community Dementia and Complexity in Later Life service line within Central Norfolk.
You will not only demonstrate previous knowledge and skill set similar to an executive administrative support role, but also the experience and desire to support a service line in achieving exceptional standards. Enthusiasm and flexibility is essential to the role alongside a collaborative, open and proactive approach to management support.
The role will include inbox and diary management, minute taking, knowledge of Trust policy and systems with experience and confidence in the use of Microsoft packages. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strict dedication to confidentiality are essential in the successful candidate. You will be required to support the wider supervision of a reception team, offering guidance and leadership as required.
Please note this is a part time position working 22.5 hours over a 3 day week (Wednesday – Friday). This position will be a job share arrangement and previous experience of a successful shared working relationship would be advantageous.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
