An opportunity has arisen for a Charge Nurse in the Acute Inpatient Services.We are looking for an individual who is committed and able to integrate within an established large multi-disciplinary team. You will need to be enthusiastic and conscientious with experience of working within a mental health setting. You will need to be compassionate, empathetic and sensitive in your approach to people who may be distressed or have a challenging manner within an inpatient environment. If you have the right values for our organisation we will support you with a programme of training and development.You will participate in all aspects of care management, and will be responsible for a small team supported by the Clinical Team Leader in making improvements and service delivery to meet the Trust's quality improvement. As a valued member of staff you will be able to supervise other members of the team. You will be supported in attending statutory and mandatory training, as well as other courses that have a direct relevance to the position. Your performance and development needs will be continually reviewed through management and clinical supervision and the organisations appraisal process.

Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
