Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit a Charge Nurse to work on Waveney Ward.

If you have a passion for patient care, are keen to learn and develop your skills and want to make a difference, we welcome your application.

This is a leadership role and you will be able to demonstrate effective leadership qualities, be willing to take ownership for the delivery of care provided by your team and take on responsibility in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader for operational issues.

Waveney Ward is a 17 bed Female unit which offer support and treatment for service users requiring assessment and treatment in an acute setting. Care and support is provided by a multidisciplinary team that have a real passion for the service.

We will offer you specialist training, the opportunity for career progression, professional development and enhanced supervision. 

You are required to have a BSc in Nursing or equivalent.
