Do you have a desire to raise the profile of physical health within NSFT, a belief in the practice of holistic care and do you want to make a difference to our service users?  Then we want to hear from you.

Open to all registered nurses (please note this includes mental health and learning disabilities). We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and hardworking practitioner with an interest in physical health. The duties of this post are varied and includes supporting the delivery of the NSFT Physical Health Care Strategy. You will be working in partnership with frontline staff to improve their skills, confidence and knowledge in preventative care and health promotion. 

The position is with an opportunity for clinical growth and development and our team are committed to support you to achieve your potential.

The post covers Norfolk & Suffolk Mental Health services and so the post holder must hold a current UK driving license and be willing to travel to support clinical teams.
