Bury North Integrated Delivery Team are looking for two Mental Health Nurses or Occupational Therapists to work as a care coordinators within the Adult Pathway. The pathway works with adults experiencing a wide range of significant mental health conditions. We use a recovery focused and socially inclusive approach. The team utilises formulation whilst delivering a wide range of evidence based individual and group interventions. We have strong links with the Recovery College,  team members co-produce and co-facilitate course along side service users and carers.  

You will be joining a committed, enthusiastic and recovery focused multi-disciplinary team, which covers the north of Bury st Edmunds, Thetford, Newmarket and the surrounding areas.. You will be supported and developed to deliver evidence based individual and group interventions to a wide range of service users, their families and carers. You will have the opportunity to participate in monthly team development days and supported to further your skills, knowledge and career through access to training, education and supervision.
