An opportunity has risen for an Administrator to join our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team based at Newmarket Hospital.

You will be supporting the Clinical Team Leaders in the work that they carry out on a day to day basis in delivering Mental Health Services to the local population.

You will provide general administrative support for example typing notes, organising meetings, preparing documents, taking minutes and assisting with staff recruitment and audits.

The role is varied and offers the opportunity to develop a wide range of valuable knowledge and skills.

You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills together with previous administrative experience.

Keyboard and IT skills are essential and previous NHS experience would be an advantage, however you will receive a thorough induction and training to enable you to be able to undertake the duties fully.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
