We are looking to recruit a part time Band 4 Senior Clinical Team Administrator for the Waveney Older Persons Community Team at Carlton Court to work 30 hours per week over 4 days - days to be agreed.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating an existing admin team comprising of Band 3 and Band 2 Clinical Team Administrators ensuring that all of the workload including all clinical, consultant and management support is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for providing management supervision for admin staff and liaising with the DIST Senior Clinical Team Administrator co-ordinating the admin cover across the DCLL and DIST teams.

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills. You will be required to use your initiative, possess a positive approach and remain calm under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team of administrators considered pivotal in the support they provide to the Waveney Older Persons Community Team.

The successful candidate will have good secretarial and administration skills and ideally have experience in providing managerial supervision to lower banded members of staff . You will demonstrate leadership qualities which enable you to deal with confidential and sensitive information along with the confidence to professionally manage challenging situations with objectivity and sensitivity.

As well as the above this role entails administrative support to clinicians, managing medics diaries and outpatient clinics and sickness recording for the Community Team via the ESR system.
