We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to work in our busy and demanding central Lowestoft Adult Community Base. You will need to be enthusiastic, conscientious, adaptable and willing to support the changing needs and demands of our clinical team and service users in a wide variety of administrative functions.
You will be first point of call in a fast paced Community Mental Health Team base offering out-patient clinics, assessment clinics and sign posting service. The role will include call handling, face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike, data entry, typing, filing and other general administrative office duties. You will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a dedication to confidentiality.
You will be joining a demanding environment using a range of clinical systems. Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.
Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week Monday to Friday. The position is based at Victoria House, Alexandra Road, Lowestoft, there is no on-site parking available.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
