Within the Child, Family and Young Persons Service (CFYP) we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our dynamic and forward thinking Youth Team in West Norfolk. It is a great team to work for, with passionate individuals who support each other and want to do the best for the young people we offer a service to.

The role would involve working with young people from the age of 14 up 25 with a range of mental health needs supporting them to find a sense of hope, control and opportunity to have a life beyond their difficulties. This role will also include supporting colleagues within a multi-disciplinary team so that we can provide the best possible outcomes for the young people and their families.

We are looking for someone with the relevant qualifications and at least one year’s experience of working in mental health, ideally in the community and preferably with an understanding of young people’s needs. You could be a mental health nurse, occupational therapist or have a social work background.

Do you want to make a difference in young people’s lives? We are looking for someone with a positive can do attitude, who is a strong team player, who his highly motivated and has a passion for working with young people and young adults.

Interviews will be taking place the 6th of June however subject to change.

If this sounds like you, I would encourage you to apply as you may just be that fantastic candidate we are looking for.
