West Norfolk Community Adult Mental Health Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health Nurse. Our Team and Service is committed to supporting you in developing career pathways within the Community and retaining good quality and experienced staff. The team are based in King's Lynn, West Norfolk and are a well established team of staff, including, Nurses, Assistant Practitioners, Peer Support Workers, Psychologists and Consultant Psychiatrists. The client group you will work with are adults with severe and enduring mental health needs.This will be a busy but rewarding role, where you will be expected, as a Band 6, to manage a caseload of complex patients, and work independently in the community. You will be liaising with the wider team, and with other services to meet patients needs. This will be an exciting opportunity to develop skills in this friendly and dynamic team.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
