Are you a Mental Health Nurse working at Band 5 level?This could be the opportunity you are looking for....We have a very exciting opportunity for a part time band 5 nurse to join our busy and dynamic Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT). The role will involve working with people in an acute crisis phase of their mental illness in their own homes and implementing a plan of recovery to prevent deterioration of their health and ultimately supporting them to be the master of their own recovery journey.We are looking for someone with at least one year's experience of working in a mental health setting, ideally with some relevant acute experience.If you have a positive manner, are respectful and believe in working together for better mental health, we would very much encourage you to apply.

The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. You need to subscribe when you have applied for your DBS clearance and there is a time limit to subscribe of 19 days after receipt of your DBS disclosure. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
