Are you an experienced Administrator with a passion for excellent customer service and an attention to detail? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our IT training team and help with the development and delivery of clinical systems and software training across our Trust.
The post is varied and stimulating and you need to be forward thinking and proactive in developing the role. We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to work with different IT systems and applications.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be dealing with both internal and external customers. We are seeking a flexible and adaptable person who has the ability to perform to a high standard under pressure to tight deadlines and to work as a positive team member. The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
