This is an exciting time to join Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust as we currently progress with the children’s transformation agenda, and are about to launch a multi agency Emotional Wellbeing Hub for children and young people under the age of 25 with emotional, psychological and mental health needs. 

We are also developing an enhanced crisis response service for children and young people that will be piloted this year. Due to the expansion of our services, together with our continuing commitment to service improvement for children, young people and their families/carers, we are looking to appoint a Locality Manager to this service area. This new position will be responsible for providing operational management as well as leadership in the delivery of our transformation plan together with partner organisations.  

Are you an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of provide strong management and leadership in Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services?

Have you implemented successful large scale transformation programmes leading to improved integration, quality and outcomes for children, young people and their families?

Can you evidence considerable experience and success in multi-agency working?

Would you like to join our proud and ambitious senior leadership team at NSFT to help shape the future of children and young peoples mental health services in Suffolk?
