We have vacancies for receptionists/office clerks to work as part of a team that provides 24/7 cover at Woodlands which is based within the Ipswich hospital site.

You will work a three shift pattern rota covering day, late and night and currently the shifts are 8am – 4pm; 4pm – midnight and midnight to 8am.

As well as having a good standard of education, you should have relevant and recent administration/reception experience as well as good typing skills. Candidates must have good communication, inter-personal skills and a full commitment to the care and wellbeing of patients. The post requires confident, level-headed individuals with a positive approach and can remain calm under pressure. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work is required, as is the capacity to be flexible and adaptable.

Interviews will be held on the 27th and 28th of February 2018.
