Do you take pride in offering a high standard of care for Service-users and carers affected by Mental Health?  Do you recognise good practice and want to improve services where possible?  Are you innovative and have fresh ideas to help positively move NSFT forward in their provision of care, providing an effective, supportive and professional service for our Services users and carers? 

We are seeking a forward thinking, motivated and enthusiastic professionally registered Social Worker or Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic Adult/ECP Team at Coastal Integrated Delivery Team to work 30 hours a week.

You will be working with service users who access secondary mental health services in the community, you will possess knowledge of mental disorder, have excellent clinical skills and be able to make decisions and effectively assess risk. In addition the right candidate will be caring, compassionate and motivated to develop their skills working within a multi-disciplinary team. It is essential that you will have excellent communication skills and have a keen interest in community care. Further training to enhance development in your practice is available


Interviews will be held week commencing 11th June, although this may be subject to change
