Are you a highly motivated, caring and dedicated Mental Health Nurse who enjoys community working? Do you believe in keeping service users and carers at the heart of everything you do? Are you interested in developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and friendly environment?

Ipswich Integrated Delivery Team is looking for a part-time Community Mental Health Nurse to work as a Care Coordinator/Lead Professional within our Enhanced Community Pathway where the succesful applicant will join a committed, enthusiastic and recovery focussed multi-disciplinary team.

In order to deliver high quality services you will be supported and developed to deliver evidence-based interventions to a wide range of adult service users who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, and their carers.  You will receive regular supervision and will have the opportunity to participate in monthly team development days as well as consolidate your skills and knowledge through further training.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
