We are looking for enthusiastic Band 5 registered mental health practitioners, including final year Mental Health students to join our multi-disciplinary teams in making a difference in an exciting and rewarding environment. Successful applicants will be excellent communicators, self-motivated and committed to delivering a high standard of care. Part of your role will be to work as part of our innovative, award winning, forensic mental health team. The team work collaboratively with the patients in the development of all aspects of the recovery pathways and in alignment with restrictions placed upon the patients from the ministry of justice.

Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
