Are you a highly motivated, compassionate and dedicated health professional with experience of providing high quality care to young people?

Do you have experience of successfully leading and managing a clinical team?

Do you believe in keeping young people and families central to the provision and delivery of high quality evidence based care?

We are looking for a Team Manager for the CONNECT service, our therapeutic team for Children in Care. This role will focus on leading the day to day operation of the clinical service and participate in leading it's ongoing development and change. 

You will be a health or social care professional registered with an appropriate governing body and have extensive clinical experience.

You will have a knowledge and understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of Children in Care and the challenges they face. As the Team Manager, you will lead the team in working with a multi agency approach as part of the wider system for Children in Care.

You will be leading an enthusiastic and multi disciplinary team with a strong systemic focus who offer a variety of clinical interventions and approaches. The CONNECT team members work closely together and meet weekly for reflection and clinical review.

The team delivers high quality interventions through evidence based practice. There is regular and robust supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice and development.

It is an exciting time to join the service and our Trust, as with all CAMHS teams we are undergoing transformation and development plans with other key agencies as part of the Suffolk Children's Transformation Plan. We value multi-agency collaborative working and aspire to values from Future In Mind, such as service user participation and ensuring appropriate and evidence based services for the young people we see.
