We are looking to recruit full/part time enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 2 Office Clerks to support the clinical effectiveness of a range of administration duties across the adult inpatient services at Woodlands which is based on the Ipswich Hospital site. The successful candidates need to be flexible in their approach and willing to support the changing needs and demands of our clinical teams and service users in a wide variety of administrative functions.

You will be the first point of call in a fast paced inpatient ward. You will be expected to demonstrate effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience. The role will include call handling, face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike, data entry, typing, filing and other general administrative office duties. The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a dedication to confidentiality.
