We are looking to recruit a part time band 4 senior administrator at Woodlands to work 30 hours per week - days and times to be agreed.  You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills. You will be required to use your initiative, possess a positive approach and remain calm under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team of administrators considered pivotal in the support they provide to the acute services. The successful candidate will have good secretarial and administration skills with experience in providing managerial supervision to lower banded members of staff including undertaking appraisals and supporting attendance at work. You will demonstrate leadership qualities which enable you to deal with confidential and sensitive information along with the confidence to professionally manage challenging situations with objectivity and sensitivity.

This role entails working collaboratively with the Deputy Business Support Manager ensuring data quality is maintained and that all of the admin team have the support, knowledge and skills to achieve the standards expected of them.

This is a part time post of 30 hours a week – days and hours to be agreed.
