We currently have a vacancy for a band 3 clinical support team administrator to join the acute services admin team at Woodlands. This is a fixed term vacancy until 31st December 2019. 

This particular post will predominantly provide admin support for inpatient, Crisis Team and HTT .

You should have good communication, inter-personal skills and full commitment to the care and wellbeing of patients. The post requires a confident, level-headed individual who can support a busy team in responding to changing priorities and delivering accurate work within tight deadlines.

As well as having a good standard of education, you should have relevant and recent administration experience as well as good typing skills. You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work is required, as is the capacity to be flexible and adaptable.  

You may also take on supervisory responsibilities for lower banded members of staff so knowledge of this and HR policies would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
