We are looking for an Asset And Configuration Administrator within Field Support team based in Hellesdon, Norfolk with a can do attitude, and someone who really wants to make a difference to the service we provide and the people that we support.

The duties and responsibilities associated with the role include

  • Service request fulfilment and access management
  • Service Asset and Configuration Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Provision of excellent customer service
  • Achievement of Service Level Agreement and KPIs
  • Project and operational support, as and when required.
  • Service Asset and Configuration Management
  • Building laptops and base units on build station, Preparation of equipment ready for issue to Field Support Technicians
  • Decommissioning of desktop hardware and software
  • Placing requisition onto e Procurement, Monitoring outstanding Purchase orders, booking the PO received onto e Pro
  • Liaising with purchase department over discrepancies , Liaising with supplies over returns
  • Monitoring stock levels in stores reporting low levels
  • Checking quantities and signing for the deliveries
  • Checking that what has been delivered matchers the paperwork and PO
  • Active contribution to the Continual Service Improvement Plan

Transporting of new equipment from Norwich to Ipswich, and transport disposal equipment to Norwich decommission container by driving Trust vehicles on a weekly basis.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, flexible, adaptable and willing to learn. They must also be able to work under pressure and use their own initiative.
