Yarmouth Community Mental Health Team are looking for a new colleague to join them as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse/Occupational Therapist/Social Worker.
You will be a qualified professional with experience of working in the community supporting older people and their families. You will demonstrate a sound understanding of your role as a Care Coordinator/Assessor and join our friendly multidisciplinary team who are experienced community practitioners. Your future colleagues would be made up of Mental health nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Assistant Practitioners, Peer Workers and Consultant Psychiatrists.
Our team provides a community based service to Yarmouth and surrounding villages, and enjoys excellent close working relationships with all statutory and non-statutory partners in developing support for people open to our service.
You will enjoy plenty of opportunities for joint working, training and a sound supervision structure.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
