The newly developed Great Yarmouth & Waveney Care Group management team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Business Support Manager to join our expanding team.  This is a new substantive full time post to support the current Business Support Manager and wider team.

The post will be based primarily at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth but you will be expected to work across all Great Yarmouth & Waveney sites in addition to travel to wider NSFT locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of the senior admin staff in addition to working closely with Operational Managers around admin service provision and performance.  An essential requirement will be an understanding of data quality and performance indicators although training will be provided. 

You will need to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude with the ability to think on your feet being adaptable and open to change.  Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written are required as is the ability to prioritise and work at pace.
