The newly developed Great Yarmouth & Waveney Care Group management team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join our expanding team.  This is a new substantive full time post to support the integrated team, which includes Service Director, Lead Nurse, Clinical Director and Patient Participation Leads  and will be based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth. 

We are looking for a good all-rounder with excellent communication and organisational skills who works well independently and as part of a team.  The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel together with a clear understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

Clinical and internal systems training will be provided.

The duties of the role will be varied but will include, diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, general correspondence, project work , admin support for HR processes and taking notes of meetings.

There may be a need to travel to other NSFT  bases as part of the role.
