The Norfolk & Waveney CFYP Leadership Support Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Administrator who will support the onward development of the Norfolk & Waveney Child, Family and Young Persons (CFYP) service line.

The Apprentice Administrator will learn and develop new skills and knowledge relational to that of a competent Administrator. The programme will involve a structured training and development plan linked to skills matrix and opportunities will be provided to enable networking and working with others across the Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust.

You will work towards a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship – a nationally recognised qualification over a 13 month period. Successful candidates will be entitled to 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays. All successful candidates will have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner. A good standard of education (GCSE’s at grade A-D or equivalent)

You will be given full support and protected time to complete your apprenticeship programme: 1 study day per month plus 1:1 support throughout the Apprenticeship and a mentor within the Team/Service. 

The qualification is fully funded and you will not have to pay anything towards it.

There is an eligibility criteria for Government funded Apprenticeships schemes that applies and, therefore, applicants must be aged 16 or over and have been resident in the UK/EU for the last three years. You must not hold a degree, or level four qualification or above.
