We are looking for people like you to support our team at Acute Services in Great Yarmouth.
Acute Services incorporates an inpatient mental health ward, a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team (CRHT) and Psychiatric Liaison service.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the services and work as part of an established admin team.
The role will include maintaining the Trusts electronic patient record system (Lorenzo) and the use of Microsoft packages. You will be dealing with referrals and contacts to the team, processing admissions to the ward, typing correspondence, taking notes at Multi Disciplinary team meetings and Professionals meetings and providing admin cover for the team.
You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and flexibility with an organized, collaborative and priority based approach to administration delivery. You will have excellent communication and typing skills and have a clear understanding of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.

The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. You need to subscribe when you have applied for your DBS clearance and there is a time limit to subscribe of 19 days after receipt of your DBS disclosure. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
